The book cover says, "Your travel guide to germ warfare laboratories, clandestine aircraft bases, and other places in the United States you're not supposed to know about."

The chapter about Janet Airlines is titled, "Janet Airlines Terminal, Las Vegas," page 161.

The author says that Janet Airlines is the Government's top secret passenger airline that transports more than 1,000 workers from the Las Vegas McCarran Airport to Area 51, Palmdale, Navada's Nellis Test Range, White Sands Missile Test Range in New Mexico, and possibly other locations where top secret work is being done.

"Janet" may stand for "Joint Air Network for Employee Transportation." Janet Airlines flys white Boeing 737 aircraft with no identification other than a stripe running the length of the fuselage.

The book was written in 2007, so some of this information may be out-of-date.
