In 1963 Fred O'leary purchased a 1931 Stutz from a studio. It was an SV16 that was shot full of holes from the TV series, "The Untouchables." Fred was looking for a boatail speedster body. He found one at Atlantic Auto Sales. Rudy Stoessel, found that the body, which was a 1930 Packard Speedster, was completely rotted out.

Fred asked Rudy if he would build him a Boatail body. The body was lifted off the frame, and the frame was refurbished. A body frame was built and taken to California metal shaping, and after the metal body was made, it was installed over the body frame. The car was completed on July 10, 1964. It was entered in a car show and eventually ended up in the Lemay car collection in Tacoma, Washington, USA.
