This car was delivered new in 1934 to Colonel Harry Day of Farraday House, Charing Cross, London. Coachwork company, Windovers, was commissioned to build the magnificent Sedanca de Ville coachwork. The restoration was started in 1982 and was finally completed in 1999.

Following the restoration, the car was presented at the Rolls Royce Enthusiast’s Club Annual Rally at Collesbrooke, UK in 1999 and Towcester, UK in 2000. These events are the largest European gatherings of Rolls Royce and Bentley motor cars. 11RY was a Concours Award Winner both years and First in Elegance.

At the time these photos were taken, the price was $175,000.
