On 21 October 1955 this car was delivered to Mrs. Merle Norman, founder of Merle Norman Cosmetics. She retained the automobile on her Arizona estate until she died in 1972. A $200,000 ground-up restoration was accomplished on the car after her death. It is a winner of numerous major national awards.

In 1995 it won the Best of the 1950's Decade award at the 75th anniversary Lincoln Show in Dearborn, Illinois. In July 1996 it was awarded Senior 1st place Grand National at the annual A.A.C.A Grand National Meet.

At the time these photographs were taken, this car was not for sale.
