The Dodge Brothers of Detroit, Michigan, decided to go into operation, and by the end of 1914 they had produced an automobile.

This 1925 Dodge was a sturdy vehicle. The car had a 35 horsepower, L-head, four-cylinder engine. Dodge was the first to produce an all-steel body. Standard equipment included leather seats, electric lights, electric starting system, windshields, and demountable wheel rims. The tire size is 30 x 5 inches.

The design is sleek and streamlined. 1924 Dodge Touring cars were frequently purchased by police departments for use as police vehicles. A four-door, five passenger Touring originally cost $885.
