In 1954 you could buy a base Corvette for as little as $2,774. As long as you didn't need a transmission, heater, or wipers! Actual price was closer to $3,250. This car has some race modifications including Weber Side-Draft carburetors, Halibrand wheels, four-speed transmission, and high-back bucket seats.
