This NSA group controls satellite life cycle operations from "cradle to grave" including design, development, manufacture, programming, launch, storage, information receipt and transmission, orbit change, reprogramming, and shutdown.

Central Security Service (CSS)
This NSA service is responsible for internal NSA security issues.
