National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) This NSA group controls satellite
life cycle operations from "cradle to grave"
including design, development, manufacture,
programming, launch, storage, information
receipt and transmission, orbit change,
reprogramming, readypad backup launches,
shutdown, and forced reentry.
Central Security Service (CSS) This NSA service is responsible for
internal NSA security issues.

airports, train stations, docks, and all other transportation nodes.
