Basing the U.S. energy supply on oil from the other side of the world is not sound policy. He says that the U.S.
should partner with Mexico, Canada, Brazil, and Venezuela to reduce our dependency on oil from the Middle East.
He says we should not build a wall along our souther border, but form a partnership with each of these countries.
